Jodi Barrows   http://www.squareinasquare.com/

SKILL LEVEL:  Beginner

"During this workshop, you will learn how the Square in a Square system works, from sewing the basic DIAMONDS to learning the trimming of the Options to understanding the conversion charts.   • We will concentrate on learning the “diamond options” (those starting w/ a diamond, i.e. Options 7, 18, 19, 20). You will be amazed at the different units that can be made with the diamond.  • Cutting, sewing and pressing of the shapes as well as understanding the conversion charts will allow the student to create and adapt other patterns to the system. This is a mini version of what would be taught during our Certified Teacher training session.

NOTICE: This class is a technique class instead of a project class; knowledge and skills learned from this class will benefit you for your future projects.  Prior knowledge of the Square in a Square technique is recommended but not required.
