This fast paced class will send your mind reeling with possibilities. Spend some time playing with projects easily created on your Statler. You'll learn about techniques that will help you create around a zillion fun gifts or boutique items. We'll review simple appliqué, piecing, foundation piecing, thread and yarn embellishment, and create chenille, all on the longarm! Create clothing, bags, purses, totes, scarves, small gift quilts, and much more with your machine. Nearly all work is done entirely on the longarm, with only a few seams or finishing steps required after you take it off the machine. This is not a hands-on machine class but is packed with theory and video presentation showing all steps of completion. Bring a laptop with CS Stand Alone loaded if you wish to practice altering commercial patterns. Note: Kelly works on a Statler/Gammill, and will specifically address this process using Creative Studio, the Statler program. If you use another software, Kelly may not be able to address specific questions related to that software.
